About Asghar H. Siddiqui
Asghar founded ElekEn Associates in 1990, after five years spent across operations and maintenance, execution, project management and design following his engineering degree from NED University in 1985.
He has led the practice through more than 1,800 projects since, including one of Karachi's first K-Electric-approved busway systems for vertical power distribution in a high-rise. His portfolio spans WTC Islamabad, Lucky One Mall, the EFU Life Building and Aga Khan University's CIME Building, alongside work in Dubai and Afghanistan.
He has since promoted several of his own engineers to partner, and teaches NED University students each year.
