Engr. Syed Mojiz Mehdi Jafri is a Partner at ElekEn with over 15 years of experience, combining technical depth with business acumen and visionary leadership. A 2006-07 batch NED University graduate, he joined the firm as a fresh graduate and grew into one of its driving forces. Known as a doer and innovator, he leads Business Development, oversees the Lahore office, and heads Human Resource Development, all while staying connected to project delivery across industrial, healthcare, hospitality, data center, and high-rise developments. A staunch advocate of green, energy-efficient design and a hands-on energy auditor, he played a key role in pioneering sustainable milestones including one of Pakistan’s first LEED-certified fit-outs and the country’s first EDGE-certified building. He is widely respected for his people-first leadership and a culture of learning, mutual respect, and integrity.
